DEBTFORCE Ltd is based on 30 years credit industry experience Steve Huggard the Managing Director has been a Licensed Private Investigator for 22 years specialising in credit and risk management including corporate fraud and theft. In addition he is a trained Mediator through the NZ Arbitration Institute and a member of the New Zealand Credit and Finance Institute.

Specialising in debt recovery & corporate recoveries, the DEBFORCE team are dedicated to providing its clients with the best possible service and are committed to achieving successful recovery for our client.
All members of the recovery team are trained to a high standard enabling them to effectively negotiate at all levels and allows them to have a ‘think outside the square’ with a ‘getting it right’ the first time approach.
They are conversant with the required Acts, Regulations and Laws of business when acting on their client’s behalf emphasising recovery rather than legal proceedings. A more imaginative approach can often achieve payment in full, minimising costs to the client. Commission rates are charged only on the amount settled or recovered.
Our ‘one on one’ approach with both the client and the debtor ensures a continual flow of information between all parties allowing everyone to be fully informed and aware of time frames for settlements that have been agreed to.

In–House Legal Department
DEBTFORCE has its own in-house legal department which is under the guidance of a fully qualified practicing Solicitor specialising in civil matters.
Receiverships, Liquidations, Creditors Compromises and Voluntary Administration have now become very complex and legally technical requiring a high level of expertise.
This facility is not offered by most other collection companies and allows DEBTFORCE clients to receive immediate direction on more complex matters. In addition should legal proceedings be required these can be conducted quickly and accurately being tailored to the individual situation while having control over the required time frames to minimise delays through the difficult court process.
