Debt Management Services
DEBTACTION – Debt Collection (Any Size) - Debt recovery is commenced immediately with the Debtor being personally contacted by the most direct method available. This immediately puts the debtor on notice that DEBTFORCE are acting on your behalf and you are serious about recovering your debt.
LETTERACTION -Debt Collection (Up to $1000) - Managing your debtors is economical with this service and is generally for small debts of $1000 or less. This is a personalised three-letter system, in varying degrees of severity that are sent over 14 days to the address provided, with the service being completed on day 21.
Label & Letter Service – Your overdue accounts can be actively targeted at little cost, and you can choose how forceful you want to be with your customer depending on how overdue the account may be. We have a great range of credit labels to get you started. If there is still no payment, you can go to the next step.
Ledger Management – Allows you to get on with your business and not be distracted chasing over due accounts. The service can be for one off or regular small or large ledgers. Having a non offensive professional person contacting your customers and asking for payment of an account, can have an immediate effect and produce essential cash flow for your business.
Credit Applications & Terms of Trade -The final document should comply with all legal and legislative requirements particularly in regard to such issues as privacy and disclosure along with authority to conduct enquiries and the basics of how business is to be conducted between the parties to ensure no misunderstanding from the outset.
Credit & Background Checks - Know the risk of your proposed customer. A DEBTFORCE credit check of your proposed customers before providing goods or services to them is essential and can save thousands of dollars in lost goods and litigation costs.
