The DebtForce LABEL & LETTER Service provides the ability for overdue accounts to be actively targeted at little cost, and enables you to choose how forceful you want to be with your customer depending on how overdue the account may be. For as little as $10.00 inc GST we can help you combat those overdue accounts with the additional support of a letter that can be sent directly to the debtor and a telephone call from one of our professional collectors at no charge unless the debtor settles the outstanding account.

How to Use the Label & Letter Service
You do not need to purchase the labels to use this service. You can commence immediately by completing our Client Agreement.
1. SIGN UP NOW to use the service. You must also agree to the terms and conditions contained.
2. Order from our range of credit labels online
3. Upon receipt DebtForce will establish your account and forward the labels to you along with details of how to instruct DebtForce when a debt problem occurs.
More About Debt Collection
DEBTFORCE are not just providing you with the labels, you also have a collection service to support the labels you are using. Should the customer not settle the account to your satisfaction you can instruct DEBTFORCE to make demand for payment to the customer on your behalf. In doing so the customers defaulting debt information is placed into our debt data base which may affect their ability to obtain credit in the future.
This enables you to demonstrate to the customer you are prepared to take the matter further should settlement not be made. Should the debtor not respond to the letter we will make one phone call to the debtor from contact information provided by you to establish the likely hood of payment. If the customer does not make settlement this letter & phone service is FREE.
Should the customer make payment then a commission of 25% plus gst of the amount paid is payable by the you. If you want to proceed further against your debtor you can convert the debt to our DEBTACTION service for further direct action.
