The Proceedure

We are in contact with your debtors as soon as we instructed. It is a non threatening, professional approach to establish facts and the debtors ability to make payment.        

As a file progresses you are kept informed as to any payment received (same day) proposed payments, or disputes a client may elude to so the next course of action can be discussed and auctioned.

 No payment offer less than the due amount is accepted without your approval

 We can conduct all legal proceedings if required when instructed.

 Costs : The proposed commission scale is as follows:

 Debts 

$0                  -           $2000           18%

$2001          –           $5000           15%

$5001          -           $10,000        12%

$10,001      –           $20,000        10%

Larger debts will be negotiated as required.

 The commission rate does not change if a debtor pays in lesser amounts. It is fixed at the time the debt is submitted.

 Commission is only charged on the amount settled.

 A $45.00 minimum file fee is charged but if the commission paid exceeds that amount it is not charged.

 All funds are paid into a trust account and released to our client twice monthly providing the funds have cleared

 Any other likely costs are discussed with the client for approval prior to being incurred.

 Costs and interest are recovered with the debt amount where documentation allows.
